CNC Machinist

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate a 3-axis CNC mill to produce high-quality die components. This role plays a critical part in supporting production by ensuring all components meet established quality, safety, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate a 3-axis CNC mill with minimal supervision Produce precision die components to required specifications Support production, engineering, maintenance, and die shop teams with pins, components, and related tooling Read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, and component sketches Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications & Experience Associate's degree in a technical or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience At least 1 year of programming experience using Mastercam or similar software Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay:

$23.20 - $35.20 per hour
