: https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6- QUICK SUMMARY We're seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II to perform intermediate to complex machining and CNC programming in support of high-quality prototype and production parts. This role is ideal for a machinist who has mastered the fundamentals and is ready to take on more complex setups, programming, and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: Program and machine parts using 2D and 3D toolpaths (Surfcam and/or Mastercam) Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D models Setup and operate CNC mills and/or lathes for intermediate to complex jobs Select machines, tooling, fixtures, and materials based on project requirements Modify existing programs to improve efficiency and quality Design custom fixtures and calculate speeds, feeds, and depths of cut Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools Support less-experienced machinists with technical guidance Collaborate with Project Managers on job scope, timing, and quoting

REQUIREMENTS

: 2+ years of CNC machining and programming experience Proficiency in print reading, GD&T, and high-tolerance machining Experience with Surfcam and/or Mastercam Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
