You will leverage your expertise in operating multi-axis lathes and milling equipment to deliver high-quality parts that meet rigorous industry standards. Responsibilities Operate 2-3 axis horizontal lathes and 3-5 axis milling centers to achieve precise production outcomes. Interpret complex technical blueprints and utilize G-code to ensure accurate machine setups. Perform consistent quality inspections using advanced measuring tools and gages to verify dimensional integrity. Maintain Fanuc control settings to optimize machine performance and cycle times. Collaborate with shop floor personnel to streamline workflows and maintain a high standard of manufacturing excellence. Ensure all production activities adhere to safety protocols and quality management guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Demonstrated ability to operate either CNC lathes or milling machines. Must meet U.S. Person status requirements. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience with Fanuc control systems and G-code editing. Strong commitment to precision, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a team-based setting.
