CNC Machinist / Programmer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join a fast-paced job shop environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills and/or lathes using conversational programming at the machine control. Job Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes using conversational controls Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T to produce precision-machined parts Perform machine setups, tool changes, and work offset adjustments Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; make necessary adjustments Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain quality and production standards Support prototype and low-volume production work Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Previous CNC machining and programming experience required Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Strong attention to detail and quality control Experience with precision measuring tools Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
