Machine Operator - Laminator -1st Shift Green Bay Packaging life insurance, 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Richfield May 07, 2026
Description Responsibilities Set-up equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques.
Inspect all tooling before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before next run.
Minimize material sheet, label, and adhesive waste.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
Perform continuous quality control: select material at random to check size, material, print and glue.
Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required.
The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Corrugated industry experience preferred.
Mathematical and problem-solving ability, and an ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.
Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.
