CNC Mill Operator (1st or 3rd Shift) Full-Time | Lynchburg, VA RMJ Machine in Lynchburg, VA is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator for 1st or 3rd shift . We are seeking a skilled machinist who can work independently and commit to a consistent, dependable schedule . This position is for experienced operators only . Candidates must be able to come in, run jobs on their own, and maintain quality without constant supervision. Work Schedule Work schedule is agreed upon at the time of hire Choose one of the following: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts), or 50 hours/week (10-hour shifts with built-in overtime) Once selected, this schedule will be the employee's regular schedule moving forward Reliable and consistent attendance is required Shift Times 1st

Shift:

Starts at 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday) 3rd

Shift:

Starts at 8:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday) Occasional Saturdays may be available for additional overtime depending on workload Responsibilities Operate CNC mills to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers Perform setups and tool changes Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Prior CNC mill experience ( 3+ years preferred ) Able to work independently with little to no supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and consistent attendance Benefits Weekly pay 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% after 1 month Overtime available Stable, long-term opportunity in a growing shop
