  • Position Summary
  • Join our manufacturing team as a CNC Mill Operator! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to set up, operate, and maintain CNC Mills, producing high-precision components to strict specifications. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity on 2nd shift.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Mill machinery.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specs. + Make machine offsets, tool changes, and minor programming edits as needed. + Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). + Maintain strict quality and productivity standards. + Clean and maintain equipment regularly. + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. + Work collaboratively with engineers and production staff to improve processes.
  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
+ Machining certification a plus. + 2+ years of hands-on CNC Mill operating experience (Mazak, Haas, or similar). + Proficiency with G-code and CNC programming. + Able to read blueprints and engineering drawings. + Strong math and mechanical aptitude. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Able to lift 50-60 lbs and stand throughout your shift.
