CNC Operator

We are hiring a CNC Operator Intern to support precision machining operations for firearm components. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will receive hands-on training while working in a safety-driven, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in operating CNC machines (mills and lathes) Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Identify and report defects or machine issues Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Support team members and meet production goals

Minimum Previous Experience:

High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled) Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Other Skills:

Exposure to machining or shop environments Basic blueprint reading skills Familiarity with CNC or G-code (training acceptable) Comfortable in a multi-lingual work environment Compliance Requirements Due to U.S. export control laws, applicants must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident).
