Required Skills:

Experience operating CNC plasma, laser, or burn table equipment Ability to read blueprints and detailed work orders Proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Experience working with steel plates in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on your feet throughout shifts Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with nesting software or CNC programming Background in heavy fabrication, welding, or pressure vessel manufacturing Forklift or overhead crane operation experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Prior hands-on experience in CNC operation or metal fabrication Familiarity with blueprint reading and quality control procedures
