CNC Press Brake Operator

Green Machine Sales, LLC, is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our team in Whitney Point, NY. We design, build, and install recycling components and full systems across America. This individual will be responsible for producing parts and tools from sheet metal using a press brake, a computer numeric controlled (CNC) piece of equipment that makes precision bends, punches, or cuts into material.

Job Requirements:

Able to read and interpret blueprints from flat drawings and formed view drawings Safely setup, adjust, and perform press brake die changes and job operations Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks of CNC press brake Knowledge of reading and using caliper, square, protractor, and basic hand tools Safe and independent operation and programming of CNC press brake Ideal candidate should posses High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher Minimum 1 to 3 years of independent CNC press brake experience is a must Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies and notifying shop for future orders Ability to work overtime and on weekends when needed Basic knowledge of trigonometry and bend allowance is a plus Must be able to reliably commute to our factory in Whitney Point, NY Applications may be submitted at the office: 8300 State Route 79, Whitney Point, NY 13862; Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
