16 Weeks Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia, in a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and monitor patient responses (Med Pass) Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition Deliver specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure adherence to facility protocols and patient safety standards Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred but not required Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher Licensure & Certifications Active New York State RN License (Required at submission) BLS Certification (AHA) - Required Experience Requirements Experience in LTC, Rehabilitation, Medical-Surgical, or hospital settings accepted For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
