Write & Edit G-code (Mazak Conversational prefered) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs that drive precision machining operations. Your expertise will ensure that parts are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate (Run) CNC equipment (HAAS/Mazak) Set-up tooling for HAAS & Mazak Set up and Run Saw Set-up Lathes (including engine lathe) Run Lathes (including engine lathe) Indicate material on engine lathe Perform maintenance of CNC equipment (filters, lubrication, etc.) Inspect machined product/material Certified Operator of fork lift truck Ensure clean up of machine and work area Create Programs for Haas, Mazak & Mori Seiki Edit Programs for Haas, Mazak & Mori Seiki Backup Programs to USB drive from Mazak Give USB with Backup Programs to Vice President when changes are made for uploading to the computer/server Record information as required for cost system Performs other duties as required Experience Proven experience programming CNC machines such as CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with Fanuc controls and familiarity with other controllers is highly desirable. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to streamline processes and reduce waste. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), schematics, and diagrams effectively. Pay:

$24.00 - $26.50 per hour
