CNC Programmer (Mastercam)

Openings:

A-Shift (Days), B-Shift (Nights), C-Shift (Weekends) Position Overview We are seeking experienced Mastercam Programmers for three open positions. We operate with a high level of accountability: our programmers don't just send code to the floor—they own the process. You will be required to perform a full prove out of your own programs, running the first part to completion on the machine before handing the job off to a machinist. Note for

B and C Shifts:

Programmers on the second and weekend shifts will be expected to run machines while they program to maintain production flow.

Technical Requirements Primary Focus:

Milling (Proficiency in 3-Axis and 5-Axis programming).

Secondary Focus:

Lathe (Experience with Dual Spindle and Live Tooling is required to provide support as needed).

Software:

Expert proficiency in Mastercam is required.

Hands-on:

Must be able to set up and run the machines for program validation and production. Key Responsibilities Create high-efficiency Mastercam programs, primarily for milling centers with occasional lathe support.

Prove Out:

Take full responsibility for the first-article run. You will set up the machine, verify the tooling, and run the program to ensure it is production-ready.

Production Support:

For B and C shifts, you will actively run machines while managing your programming workload. Troubleshoot and optimize programs at the machine to improve cycle times and tool life. Shift Schedules A-Shift (Days): Monday

• Thursday, 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM (Friday OT as required). C-Shift (Weekends): Friday
• Monday, 6:00 AM
• 4:30 PM.

Future Operational Goals We are focused on optimizing our shift structures as we grow:

Weekday Goal:

Move to a 4x10 schedule with rotating Fridays off for programmers once a solid program backlog is established.

Weekend Goal:

Transition the weekend team to a 3x12 schedule .

$38.00
