Quickparts is hiring a CNC Programmer to transform engineering prints into precisely machined parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will be pivotal in our manufacturing processes, working with cutting-edge technology to deliver components that meet the highest standards. Why This Role Matters Our machining function is critical to delivering precision-engineered parts that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a CNC Programmer, you will: ✔ Transform engineering prints into accurately machined parts ✔ Drive efficiency and quality across CNC equipment operations ✔ Work independently with cutting-edge technology ✔ Serve as a crucial component of our advanced manufacturing team What You'll Do Program CNC machinery to produce parts accurately from prints and verbal instructions Set up and operate CNC machines independently with minimal supervision Perform basic operations on manual machinery as required Assist in the efficient set-up of CNC equipment for production runs Interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and specifications Utilize various CAD/CAM software effectively for part programming and optimization Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of hands-on machining experience Minimum of 1 year of CNC programming experience Proven ability to machine parts accurately according to print specifications Good computer skills, including proficiency with CAD/CAM software High school diploma or equivalent required (Technical school diploma or equivalent certification in CNC Machining/Programming preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with others and consistently follow operational guidelines Why You'll Love It Here Innovate with
