Required Qualifications/Experience:
Active RN license valid in MI or compact states Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience BLS and ACLS required (additional certifications like PALS or TNCC preferred) Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity ER settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations Rapidly assess, triage, and intervene in acute situations Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, and ancillary staff Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication
