| Mills & Lathes Up to $35/hour depending on experience 1st or 2nd Shift Available Uniparts Olsen is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist to support our growing precision manufacturing operation in Eldridge, Iowa. This is a production-heavy role in a fast-moving manufacturing environment supporting global OEM customers. We are looking for someone who can independently perform setups, troubleshoot machining issues, edit programs, and help drive efficiency and consistency on the floor. Our environment includes Mazak equipment, MAZATROL programming, mills, and lathes. Candidates with strong setup and troubleshooting experience in high-precision manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply. This role will also have opportunities to support new product development (NPD), process improvement initiatives, and new equipment integration. What You'll Do Perform complete machine setups on CNC mills and lathes Edit and troubleshoot MAZATROL and G-code programs Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and production efficiency Work closely with operators and production leadership to reduce setup times and improve consistency Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and process documentation Support standardized work instructions and process-driven manufacturing practices Assist with new product introductions and equipment implementation as needed What We're Looking For CNC setup experience in a precision steel production manufacturing environment Experience with Mazak equipment and

controls preferred Ability to read and edit G-code programs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with mills and lathes Blueprint reading and precision measurement experience Process-oriented mindset with a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Why Uniparts Olsen?
