As our all-around machinist, you'll thrive in short‑run work, balancing speed with precision while moving confidently between CNC and manual platforms. What You'll Do Set up and run 3‑axis CNC milling operations with frequent changeovers Work on Robodrill and DMG Mori Seiki equipment to produce tight‑tolerance components Operate manual lathe machines and Bridgeport mills for one‑offs and small batches Use Prototrak systems to execute machining tasks efficiently Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan operations Inspect parts to verify quality and dimensional accuracy Keep the work area organized, safe, and production‑ready What You Bring Proven hands‑on machining background with strong setup capability Experience across both CNC and manual machines Ability to read and apply technical drawings Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards Nice to Have Exposure to CNC programming Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or CamWorks Mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem solving Self‑direction and solid time management skills Schedule Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Compensation Up to $35/hour (based on experience) Benefits Competitive hourly pay up to $35/hour Direct hire with long‑term stability Variety of work across diverse, short‑run projects
