Today, our brands include Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Gen Mobile, Hughes and Sling TV. Department Summary Our Sales team advocates for our products and the customers they serve. We've built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry. Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The Direct Sales organization operates in a dynamic, high-stakes environment where alignment, operational readiness, and customer experience are paramount. This role addresses the critical challenge of identifying systemic operational and training gaps by bridging quantitative data analysis with qualitative customer feedback. By serving as a cross-functional subject matter expert and strategic program manager, the successful candidate ensures new offers and initiatives are seamlessly integrated without disrupting the agent or customer journey. Ultimately, this position drives the operational excellence needed to translate complex performance trends into proactive, senior-leadership-aligned solutions. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) Lead the end-to-end creation, management, and execution of comprehensive project plans while proactively mitigating risks and aligning cross-functional stakeholders Evaluate new offers, programs, and proposals from a Direct Sales perspective to identify operational gaps, protect site-readiness, and defend the customer experience Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Direct Sales in cross-functional forums, maintaining deep domain knowledge to advocate for optimal agent and customer outcomes Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and root cause investigations by combining complex data sets, call recordings, and qualitative feedback to eliminate systemic operational gaps Translate complex analytics, performance trends, and project statuses into clear, actionable, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership Design and direct internally driven initiatives that leverage AI utilities to solve customer and business problems and optimize performance Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring) Proven experience managing and analyzing projects, assessing opportunities, communicating risks, and designing proactive mitigation plans Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities to synthesize data analytics with qualitative feedback The ability to build, foster, and leverage cross-enterprise relationships to influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority Exceptional communication skills to translate and present complex information clearly and concisely to senior and executive leadership Practical AI literacy to leverage modern tools, including Gemini, Tableau, and other data analysis applications, for data-driven decision-making and project tracking Meticulous attention to detail combined with a self-motivated, proactive approach to taking initiative and driving continuous professional growth Additional Qualifications Experience successfully managing multiple competing priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong interest in continuous professional development and long-term career growth within the enterprise
Minimum Requirements Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
Minimum Experience:
3 years of experience in program or project management
Required Technical Skills:
Google Suite tools Tableau or similar data analysis platforms AI collaboration utilities, such as Gemini, for analytical support and efficiency Visa sponsorship not available for this role
Salary Ranges Compensation:

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
