6‑month contract‑to‑hire About the Role Responsible for obtaining referrals from each patients' primary care physician (PCP) office for all scheduled visits as well as verifying current insurance. Obtains referrals for office visits for all CHV locations Coordinate and schedule all incoming referrals Routinely checks physicians' schedules for any additional add-on appointments requiring referrals Serves as a cardiology representative to referring physician offices, insurance carriers and patients Ability to communicate with CHV billing department Aegis as needed Collaborate with the PSR department to ensure all referrals are facilitated

What We're Looking For Required:

• ,min 1 year face to face experience
• can be retail, ideally some sort of admin / face to face customer service
• Ability to work a multi-line telephone system
• High School Diploma required
