Full Job Description Responsibility:

Watchdog Services provides gate guard services to various oil and gas companies throughout Colorado. The job responsibilities include signing each individual in and out of location, informing those individuals of the safety measures that need to be taken on location, as well as maintaining an accurate headcount of all people on site at all times. Attention to detail and maintaining awareness of surroundings is crucial, along with reporting any unusual or suspicious traffic, activities, or trespassers. The Watchdog Services team provides assistance in a courteous and professional manner.

Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public Effective oral and written communication skills Active listening skills Attention to detail Ability to asses and evaluate situations effectively Other requirements: 18 years or older Reliable transportation Have a working cell phone and are reachable Legally authorized to work in the US No use of illegal drugs or marijuana - must be able to pass a drug test with negative results Physically capable to traverse uneven ground for 12 hours or more at a time, climb up and down a step while entering and exiting the gate guard trailer, and drive in all types of weather to/from work Must have or are able to get steel toe/composite boots, as they are required on all job sites Must be able and willing to commute to/from work with a reliable vehicle, as all locations are located throughout Colorado Uniform required and provided

Shift Schedule:

Watchdog Services operates on a 4 on-4 off schedule, 12 hour days and/or nights based on customer demands
