What You'll Do as a

Coating Operator:

Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to ensure proper coating coverage Perform coating touch-ups using microscopes and precision hand tools Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools during board assembly processes Complete required production and quality documentation Enter basic production data into a computer system Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager What You Need to Bring to the

Coating Operator Role:

High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of electronic components Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions Basic computer skills for data entry Willingness to cross-train into other positions as needed Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English

IPC A 610
