Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Coffee Production Assistant and become a vital part of crafting high-quality coffee products! In this energetic role, you will support the manufacturing process by ensuring efficient production, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with packaging and warehouse operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to quality and safety. Duties Assist with the daily operation of coffee production lines, including green coffee prep, roasted coffee grinding, and packaging processes Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the production area to ensure product safety and quality Support the implementation of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Operate mechanical equipment and machinery with care, troubleshooting minor issues as needed Manage warehouse tasks such as inventory handling, material movement , and organizing supplies for production Ensure proper food safety procedures are followed during all stages of manufacturing and packaging Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards Requirements A good attitude and willingness to work Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following precise procedures Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new processes Starting pay is $19/hr + $50/week health insurance stipend, 401k with match after 6 months, staff meal when working, staff discount when not, as much coffee as you can drink, discounts on packaged product.
