Essential Duties & Responsibilities Help manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring quality service. Train new staff in the process of drink preparation, coffee equipment/sanitization and customer service. Manage inventory levels and notify overhead of products needed for reorder. Collaborate with all team members and recognize individual barista accomplishments. Add new menu items regarding customer preferences and seasonal events. Delegate tasks to baristas based on the manager's instructions. Maintain point of sale system and contribute to establishments sales. Able to jump into barista role as needed based on staffing needs. Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. Required (Minimum Necessary)

Qualifications Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Level of Experience Requirements:

At least 2 years retail and customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Respond well to instructions and helpful feedback. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Basic financial management skills including budgeting and sales tracking. Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines (understanding general maintenance & upkeep) Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices regarding expiration dates and quality control. Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows

Supervisory Responsibilities This position will have supervisory responsibilities. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
