Collaborative BCBA Crown ABA Landover, MD Job Details Part-time | Full-time $47.50 - $65.00 a week 15 hours ago Qualifications BCBA Full Job Description We're growing and looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with a strong clinical team while supporting cases in person alongside our remote BCBAs. This role is designed to provide in-person clinical support for cases that are primarily overseen by remote BCBAs. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality services for our clients while helping technicians and families feel supported on the ground. What the role looks like Provide in-person clinical support for cases overseen by remote BCBAs Conduct monthly in-person client check-ins Collaborate with remote BCBAs to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively Provide modeling and coaching for technicians when needed Support families and maintain strong relationships with caregivers Assist with assessments or treatment plan updates when appropriate Help maintain strong clinical standards across services Requirements Active BCBA certification Maryland LBA (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to provide in-person support when needed Why Crown ABA Crown ABA is a growing ABA provider focused on building a supportive and collaborative team environment.
