Collateral File Processor

Summary The Processor Collateral File Processor is responsible for the accurate intake, reconciliation, and management of sensitive documentation, including original loan files and negotiable instruments. This role ensures all materials are properly logged, inventoried, and handled in compliance with service level agreements, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements. Essential Functions Receive collateral files and prepare them for scanning and digital processing. Scan documents and perform post-scan quality control, ensuring proper organization and accuracy. Reconcile file inventories stored at Iron Mountain with internal records. Process incoming mail and shipments, verifying contents against manifests and maintaining accurate logs. Manage undeliverable addresses in accordance with contractual guidelines. Prepare outbound documents for distribution, including document assembly and envelope preparation. Achieve established performance metrics for productivity and accuracy. This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. Perform other related duties as assigned. Compensation:

$15.00 to $18.80 per hour.

Physical Demands and Activities While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation, including keyboarding and mouse use. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required depending on the nature of the work.
