Collections Specialist

We are currently hiring a Collections Specialist for our growing Property Management Company. Our ideal Candidate should have solid computer skills, self-starter, ability to work independently and in a strong team environment , good attendance, must be able to multi task and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

Responsible for pursuing and collecting outstanding Accounts Receivable owed via Inbound and Outbound Calls.

• Review expired accounts and communicate with the customers to promote timely payments
• Maintain accurate records of past due account activity and daily activities
• Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned.

As well as, assist with daily office operations, filing, mass mailings, internet research, and other duties as assigned. This position would work directly with our Collections Department.

Qualifications:

Ability to work unassisted making and receiving phone calls. Ability to use a PC to perform updates, spreadsheets and create correspondence Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry Ability to project a positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence Ability to effectively manage time Good data analysis and research skills Good verbal and written communication skills
