Color Control Offset Press Specialist

What you'll do As a Color Control Offset Press Specialist, you'll take full ownership of press runs—from plate hang and make-ready through final sign-off. You'll follow each job ticket to the letter, manage substrates of varying calipers, and adjust on the fly to keep quality locked in and waste low. Set up, operate, and run offset presses to standard Perform make-ready, color matching, and continuous press adjustments Monitor quality in real time and respond immediately Maintain schedule discipline and production efficiency Execute basic preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable Surface and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap Uphold a clean, safe, well-organized press environment What makes you a match 5+ years operating offset presses Hands-on experience with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA preferred Fluency with multiple substrates and calipers Deep understanding of color standards and print quality Comfort reading job tickets, measurements, and production docs Team-driven, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
