Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Contract Cleaner to support our team in a remote and autonomous setting. As a Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing a variety of cleaning services to ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of our clients' premises. Your role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health standards of spaces ranging from offices and shops to homes and apartments.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and eating areas. Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies and city regulations. Follow a cleaning schedule while also being able to respond to emergency cleaning situations. Use and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and materials properly. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring all specific requests are met. Inspect spaces for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. Excellent time management skills and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results. Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
