This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: ✔ Commercial concrete estimating ✔ Quantity takeoffs ✔ Blueprint reading ✔ Industrial coatings ✔ Epoxy flooring systems ✔ Construction cost estimating Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate commercial concrete estimates Perform detailed quantity takeoffs Review blueprints, specs, and construction drawings Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Build competitive bid proposals and pricing packages Coordinate with project managers and operations teams Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings Track material pricing and market trends Support estimating for epoxy flooring , coatings, and decorative concrete projects Required Qualifications 2+ years of commercial concrete estimating experience Experience with construction estimating software Strong blueprint and specification reading skills

Knowledge of:

Concrete construction Epoxy coatings Industrial coatings Decorative concrete systems Strong math and analytical skills Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Preferred Experience Viewpoint Bluebeam PlanSwift Decorative overlays Micro-toppings Industrial flooring systems Commercial coatings Concrete restoration Civil or commercial construction estimating
