Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects on commercial sites. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the construction site, you will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining excellent communication with project managers and clients. Your expertise in concrete work, construction management software, and site supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Duties Lead and supervise concrete installation teams, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to schematics and blueprints. Coordinate daily activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide work processes. Monitor quality control throughout the project, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and safety standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation. Manage subcontractors and vendors, reviewing contracts and ensuring scope of work aligns with project plans. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Oversee project budgeting and cost control measures related to concrete materials and labor. Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Experience Proven experience supervising commercial concrete projects with a strong background in construction management. Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction practices including pipeline installation or similar Familiarity Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Supervising experience leading diverse crews on large-scale construction sites with a focus on quality control. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
