Commercial Construction and Roofing Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily commercial construction and roofing activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, owners, and engineers to ensure that the project is being performed per the design intent.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee work meets standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Able to actively work daily with a small crew
• Run service calls for small jobs, typically 2 people

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations
• Problem solving skills for problems that arise
