Commercial Construction Project Manager Requirements:

3+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience required Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architectural Design, or a related field preferred Ability to Read Blueprints and Construction Docs required Experience working on Civil, Roadway, bridge/culvert, Municipal, Concrete, Excavation, Demolition, or Sitework projects preferred Experience Managing Projects from Start to Finish including Ground-Up Construction, Renovations, and Large Commercial Projects Rewards for

Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Managing commercial, civil, and infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through completion Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, field operations, safety, and client communication to keep projects on time and within budget Additional duties include reviewing plans and project documents, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and meetings, tracking project progress and costs, supporting estimating efforts, managing change orders and documentation, and assisting with project closeout Work may involve commercial, municipal, roadway, bridge, utility, excavation, concrete, demolition, infrastructure, transportation, and public works construction projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
