About the Opportunity Acella would like to hire an individual for a fulltime position. They should be a motivated individual who is able to manage a variety of commercial construction projects. Medical, Education and University experience is a plus but not required. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience, unrestricted Massachusetts builders license, and have completed 30 hours of OSHA training. Candidates should be team oriented and responsibilities would included but not be limited to the following: Resourceful problem solver Collaborate with team to generate and maintain schedule and anticipate challenges with team Coordinate and schedule all trades required to expedite the project schedule Quality control Job site safety, health, and environmental quality Administration i.e. Daily Reports and associated logs required to properly document the project Communicate with project team in a positive, productive and effective manner Have an understanding of site civil drawings Assist in permitting when required Strong communication skills Assist Project Manager with all aspect of the project High school diploma Willing to work in an approximate 50-75 mile radius of Boston.
