Commercial Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Commercial Coordinator will support the execution of the company's commercial strategy across recycled materials and refurbished electronics. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will assist with tracking and reporting finished goods inventory ready for sale, support existing customer accounts, support ecommerce resale of tested and refurbished equipment, and contribute to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Sales Readiness Track and maintain accurate inventory of finished goods ready for sale (recycled materials and refurbished electronics) Assist in reporting inventory levels to support sales efforts and customer demand Coordinate with operations to ensure product availability, accuracy, and readiness for market Customer Support (B2B Accounts) Provide day-to-day support for existing customer accounts Help maintain strong relationships and ensure a high level of service Ecommerce (Refurbished Electronics Resale) Support online resale operations for tested and refurbished equipment Assist with product listings, including descriptions, specs, and pricing Coordinate order processing and ensure accurate fulfillment Logistics & Pickup Coordination Coordinate pickup scheduling with customers and internal transportation resources Work closely with operations and drivers to ensure timely collection of recyclable materials Communicate pickup schedules, changes, and updates with customers Help optimize routing and scheduling efficiency where possible Maintain accurate shipment and pickup records

Qualifications:

Experience in sales support, ecommerce, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with inventory data and spreadsheets Excellent communication and customer service skills Interest in sustainability, recycling, or refurbished goods is a plus

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
