This position involves transporting aggregate efficiently and safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety on the road. Responsibilities Operate and drive tractor trailers pulling end dump. Plan routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of goods. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Ensure that the truck is kept clean and in good working condition. Qualifications Proven experience in truck driving with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Familiarity with operating tractor trailers pulling end dump. Must have the ability to read write and speak English Ability to load and unload freight safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation systems. Excellent communication skills for interacting with dispatchers and clients. Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policy.
