We are expanding our fleet and seeking a reliable, experienced CDL‑A driver to join our operation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent work, fast weekly pay, and all major operating expenses covered. What We Provide Fuel paid Trailers provided Insurance covered Direct deposit every Thursday Payments processed Wednesdays at 2 PM (CT) Cutoff for weekly pay is Wednesday at 8 AM (CT) Duties Safely operate a range of commercial trucks with manual transmissions, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump truck, flatbed, and tractor-trailer vehicles. Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring secure transportation. Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and mechanical condition before each journey. Transport goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist with heavy lifting tasks when necessary to load or unload cargo efficiently. Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other documentation required for compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license. Mechanical knowledge of trucks and related equipment for troubleshooting minor issues. Hands-on experience operating front loader, rear loader, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to regulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading/unloading operations. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and their operation. Excellent load & unload skills with attention to securing cargo properly for transit.
