Our offices are located in Clive, IA and Fremont, NE. We are currently in search of an estimator w/expertise in utilizing estimating software/hardware. Have knowledge of how to create, develop, and implement the estimating process from scratch and to complete project cycle from concept through final acceptance; including demonstrated experience estimating, construction installation methods and commissioning. This position is located in our Clive location Job Qualifications A college degree is desired, but not an absolute prerequisite Current knowledge of latest estimating design tools, modeling software and specialized applications Previous experience utilizing EBM preferred 5 years' experience as an electrician Minimum 5 years' experience as an estimator Working knowledge of national electrical code Comprehensive construction knowledge Mastery of estimating systems Excellent communication skills Ambitious, Self Starter Job Responsibilities Create, Develop and Implement estimating process Estimating construction electrical projects Plans and specifications take off Client Development Work with architects, engineers, distributors and manufactures Work internally with project managers, superintendents and leadership team Business/Project Development Travel to perspective and ongoing project sites Prepare bids Contract review upon awarding of projects Other responsibilities/expectations to be discussed during interview.
