Columbia, SC 29044 and Lexington, SC 29073 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage on-site electrical installations for commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and a solid background in commercial electrical work. Our culture reflects Southern hospitality, a collaborative spirit, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews on commercial job sites. Coordinate daily tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards. Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper installation. Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards. Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients as needed. Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Monitor and enforce safety protocols at all times. Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen. Perform hands-on electrical work as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial electrical experience. 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role managing projects between $100,000 and $1.5 million. Deep understanding of commercial electrical systems and codes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

Valid state electrical license (Journeyman or higher preferred). OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Proficiency with project management software or apps (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid). Experience in design-build environments is a plus.
