Electrical Field Supervisor:

Candidate must have:

Solid work ethic 3 years commercial experience Colorado Journeyman license Management skills and training ability Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Solid leader with a growth mindset putting forth a positive atmosphere with their team Consistent follow-through skills that complete projects on time, on budget and with satisfied customers Excellent oral and written communication skills Operate Microsoft 365 High attention to detail Uphold and live out Wagner's Core values Candidate Responsibilities Create and execute goals for team members Team alignment including daily huddles relaying the plan of the day Converse and create solutions for clients Plan out and execute Start-up procedures Oversee efficiency of labor & material of jobs and crews Jobsite safety Oversee crew needs including reviews, time off requests, & counseling statements Jobsite paperwork - expense reports, near miss, long term man loading
