Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Sales Estimator Stonewall Commercial Services Brentwood, NH Job Details Full-time | Contract $75,000 - $120,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications HVAC/R Business development Driver's License Refrigeration Account management Full Job Description Stonewall Commercial Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development / Sales Estimator to help support and grow our commercial HVAC and refrigeration operations throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. We are looking for someone who understands the commercial HVAC/refrigeration industry and can help generate new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and support continued company growth. This is not simply an office estimating position. We are looking for someone who can actively help grow accounts, develop new relationships, and work directly with customers while also assisting with estimating and project development. Responsibilities Develop new commercial customer relationships and business opportunities Maintain and grow existing accounts Meet with customers to review HVAC and refrigeration needs Prepare estimates and proposals for service, repair, and replacement work Follow up on leads, quoted work, and customer opportunities Coordinate with service technicians and office operations Help identify opportunities for continued company growth Qualifications Experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration industry required Sales, estimating, service management, or field experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently Mechanical understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications Company vehicle or vehicle allowance based on role Company phone and computer provided Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing company We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing company and play an active role in building long-term customer relationships and expanding operations.
