Strategy & Planning:

Translate construction drawings into actionable work plans and material lists.

Problem Solving:

Identify field discrepancies early and collaborate with the office to develop effective RFIs.

Mentorship:

Direct, train, and inspire a team of journeymen to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

Quality Control:

Ensure all ductwork, RTUs, VAVs, and refrigerant lines meet both local codes and SMACNA standards. Technical Proficiencies We are looking for a Foreman who is "hands-on" and proficient in: Precision measuring and sketching ductwork for fabrication.

Installation of complex systems:

RTUs, Split Systems, Exhaust Fans, and Fan Coils. Expert-level duct connection and hole cutting. Brazing and installation of refrigerant lines and hot water reheat coils.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 8 years in commercial HVAC, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Foreman role.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to interface with GCs and project managers.

Licensing:

Valid CA Driver's License with a clean record (you'll be operating a company vehicle).

Reliability:

A professional attitude and a commitment to punctuality and site safety.
