COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Commercial HVAC Service Technician We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech. This position requires a professional who can diagnose and fix problems, not just swap parts. Installs, repairs, and maintains various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for offices or businesses. They also provide warranty and emergency services. They work to ensure the safety and comfort of the users of these systems. American Air Conditioning & Mechanical, Inc. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers) Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and control systems for commercial HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training This is NOT an entry level role

Key Qualifications:

3+ years in the HVAC field with experience (commercial preferred) servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling equipment Work independently in the field. Politely interact with homeowners or building owners to understand their concerns, provide feedback and verify that HVAC malfunctions have been resolved upon completion of the visit Be able to work in a team and communicate well Be physically able to perform requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Keep clean, accurate service records Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and company equipment Punctual and professional, shows up, communicates and gets it done Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
