Commercial HVAC Technician

Commercial HVAC Technician Our property management team is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems across our portfolio of commercial properties. This role is essential for ensuring optimal climate control and operational efficiency for our tenants. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems (Chillers, RTUs, Split Systems, and VAV boxes). Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) for peak performance. Coordinate with property managers to schedule repairs and minimize tenant disruption. Maintain accurate logs of all service calls and preventative maintenance tasks.

Schedule & Availability Primary Schedule:

Monday through Friday.

On-Call:

Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for weekend and after-hours emergency responses. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial or industrial setting. Valid EPA Universal Certification. Strong understanding of commercial building systems and electrical schematics. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites. Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and management.
