Commercial HVAC Technician

About the Job We are hiring HVAC Commercial Service Technicians who are fully qualified service professionals, able to install, repair, or maintain commercial HVAC systems with little or no supervision.

This includes:

Responding to routine and emergency service calls. Diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and associated electrical issues (high and low voltage) to determine service requirements. Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. This position is based in Redlands, California, but technicians will travel throughout the Oregon and Washington area daily to our customer sites. Technicians are dispatched daily from home in a company vehicle. Technicians must have a clean driving record and meet insurance requirements to drive a company vehicle. Job Requirements The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent 3-5 years of residential or commercial HVAC service experience

Note:

This is primarily service work, not installation or preventative maintenance. Candidates must have HVAC service experience including diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs. This is not an entry level position for recent graduates. Unacceptable infractions may include:

Suspended or revoked license. Three or more moving violations in the past 36 months. Any violations involving drugs, alcohol, controlled substances, etc. within the past 24 months. Leaving the scene of an accident within the past 24 months. Reckless driving within the past 24 months. At fault in an accident resulting in fatality or serious injury within the past five years.
