What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems—walk-in coolers, reach-in units, ice machines, rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and more. Diagnose complex issues and perform advanced troubleshooting. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to keep systems running smoothly. Deliver top-notch customer service and explain technical details clearly. Keep accurate service records and documentation. Mentor junior technicians and set the standard for excellence. Ensure safety compliance and uphold industry best practices. Travel across Chicagoland with a company-provided vehicle. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience. Strong background in commercial systems (rooftop units, chillers, boilers). EPA Universal Certification (required). High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently. Physical ability to handle equipment and work in varied conditions.
