About the Commercial Install Plumber This Commercial Install Plumber role is based out of our State College, PA location, and is a part of our Commercial Install Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Commercial Plumbing and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. What You Will Do:
Represent our company every day in the businesses of our customers. Have a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic to get the job done. Install and repair commercial piping and plumbing fixtures. Be familiar with all kinds of valves, pipe fittings, and pipes. Be precise and efficient on each job. Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade. Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed. Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. 3 - 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experience. An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required. A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work. Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade. Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening. A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus. Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
