$202,945 A Brief Overview Solicits and services a variety of smaller commercial and/or agricultural loans. Interviews applicants and obtains information regarding earnings and financial condition to evaluate the applicant's creditworthiness. Approves or denies loan within established limits or refers loan to designated members of Senior Management for approval. May assist more experienced loan officers with larger or more complex loans. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Commercial Lender V- Manages a portfolio consisting of small business, middle market and/or agricultural loans, and CRE loans, with average total loan portfolio balances of $60MM
- 100MM in average outstanding balances. Portfolio includes the Bank's larger and more complex banking relationships. Has consistently demonstrated ability to generate new business and has had measurable results. May assist and train other commercial lenders. 5+ years' experience as a commercial loan officer. Annual new loan generation of $10MM plus. Commercial Lender V
- (Suburban-Metro) Manages a portfolio consisting of small business, middle market and/or agricultural loans, and CRE loans, with average total loan portfolio balances of $80MM
- 125MM in average outstanding balances.
