Role Description & Career Path:
This role is designed for someone looking for stability and a clear long-term home. You will start out working side-by-side with our team to handle a varied mix of business-assisting one of our senior producers with their commercial accounts, helping service a select number of our established real estate investor portfolios, and managing select house accounts. As our book of business naturally grows, the goal is for you to fully transition into a primary, dedicated partnership with one of our agents so you can build a partnership and seamless, direct workflow.
What You'll Do Daily:
Act as the main, reliable point of contact for our mid-market commercial clients. Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day coverage questions. Coordinate, market, and place commercial lines coverages that fit our clients' needs. Work closely with our producers to onboard new business and keep accounts running smoothly.
Qualifications:
We are simply looking for a good, motivated colleague who takes pride in doing great work and thrives in a team-first setting.
Experience:
5+ years of dedicated experience in commercial property and casualty insurance account management.
Licensing:
An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Knowledge:
A strong, practical understanding of everyday commercial coverages (Property, Liability, Workers' Comp, Auto, and Umbrella). Experience with Real Estate or Construction accounts is a nice plus.
Traits:
Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and comfort using standard agency management systems.
