Job Description
The Inventory Coordinator will compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Why work for Justice? Because people matter here. Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures. Organizational Support Follows policies and proceduresCompletes administrative tasks correctly and on timeSupports organization's goals and valuesBenefits organization through outside activitiesSupports affirmative action and respects diversity. Compliance & Safety Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
Support a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual respect among colleagues.
Provide training and guidance to new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Education and Experience Two or more years of experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibilityDemonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experienceFast-paced, high volume retail sales experience preferredMust possess a valid driver's license or state IDProfessional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsMust have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskExperience in medical cannabis industry is desirable, but not required.
Ability to take direction and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).Ability to maintain product accurately and efficiently.
Ability to communicate with other staff and associates in all situations.
Ability to perceive and meet the needs of team members and management.
Punctual, professional, and able to communicate clearly with your managers and other staff.
Knowledgeable on strains, genetics, and cultivation practices.
High level of efficiency, patience, and flexibility.

What You'll Do:
Inventory Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory recordsCompares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventoryVerifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepanciesCompiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
