Commercial Lines Account Manager A well-established insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

Continuously enhance the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers. Strong proficiency with industry systems including Applied Epic, AMS 360, Sagitta, ImageRight, Indio, and Microsoft Office. Experienced with state filings and complex compliance documentation.

Excels in high‑volume environments , handling heavy phone and email traffic with strong responsiveness. Recognized for exceptional time management , organization, and customer service.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. P & C License. Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred). Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities.
